Abstract: Since the beginning of 2015, e-commerce poverty alleviation has been included in the top ten precision poverty alleviation projects, e-commerce has developed rapidly in rural areas. This paper takes Huoqiu county in Anhui province as an example to analyze the mechanism and existing problems of e-commerce poverty alleviation, and according to the analysis results, practical measures are put forword.
