Abstract: With the development of the internet,e-commerce poverty alleviation has become a brand-new poverty alleviation method,and has achieved remarkable results in some areas. However, at present, e-commerce poverty alleviation is still in the exploratory stage,and there are many problems to be solved in the application process. This study took Baisha county of Hannan province as the research object,and used SWOT analysis theory to analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Baisha county of Hanan province, and put forward the corresponding development strategy and path.
