Abstract: In order to explore the internal mechanism of the response of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education in the Pearl River Delta and western Guangdong to e-commerce poverty alleviation, using the PSR model, and selecting 21 variables such as the rate of change in farmers’ income, with evaluation value conversion, comprehensive evaluation value measurement, coordination degree calculation and other methods, the pressure-state-response level of the study area was analyzed. The results show that the pressure of the study area is concentrating towards the Pearl River Delta, but Guangzhou, Foshan, and Shenzhen are still in a dominant position in the state and response. The negative correlation between the comprehensive evaluation score and the evaluation value of the degree of coordination in the study area shows that the crisis hidden in the region is widespread.
