Problems and countermeasures in the development of E-commerce poverty alleviation platform of poor area

Abstract: Based on the analysis of E-commerce poverty alleviation model and characteristics, China social poverty alleviation network was took as an example, and the problems existed in the E-commerce poverty alleviation platform were analyzed. Firstly, the E-commerce poverty alleviation platform of poor area was weak in using big data technology, the platform did not make full use of big data. Secondly, the platform had weak brand awareness. Thirdly, business training needed to be improved urgently. At last, four countermeasures were put forward. The platform should strengthen the combination of operation and big data, improve the business literacy through training, mine regional product characteristics deeply, and create unique brands for each area.
