New agricultural management subject and rural governance subject under rural revitalization

Abstract: The main body of new agricultural management is the representative of the "new" productive forces in the countryside. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the main body of new agricultural management, the new features of internationalization, informationization, greening, ecology and organization integration of the main body of new agricultural management are further explained. The main body of new agricultural management is another system innovation of socialist agricultural management system with Chinese characteristics, which has the leading and advanced nature, and has brought new system performance for agricultural and rural modernization. The development of new agricultural management subjects has caused changes in the main body and structure of rural governance in terms of production relations. The traditional basic subject villagers have transformed into “professional farmers”. The basic subject has changed from “homogeneity” to “heterogeneity” and “pluralism”. Informal organizations have increasingly become important governance subjects. The governance pattern has changed from “one dominant” to “one dominant pluralism”. Participation in the transition. The development of new-type agricultural management subjects and the changes of rural governance subjects and structures reflect the changes of rural productivity and production relations. The new-type agricultural management subjects, rural governance subjects and structures become the economic basis for rural revitalization.
