Abstract: This paper takes the multiple supply of rural old-age care services as the research problem, and finds that the supply subjects of multiple services have encountered many problems in the construction process：the government has weak main responsibility, the family has weakened responsibility ability, and the market and social organization participation is generally low, etc. Therefore, the government should correctly position its responsibilities, support families for the aged, promote enterprises and social organizations to actively participate in the service supply and other development suggestions, and promote the sustainable development of rural elderly service supply.
