SWOT Analysis of Private Operation Mode of Public Construction in Rural Retirement Homes in Nanjing： An Example of Baguazhou Retirement Home

Abstract

Abstract: ： Through field research, taking the rural homes of Baguazhou in Nanjing as a typical case, the SWOT model is used to analyze the public construction private operation mode of the old-age institutions from the four aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. An advantage-opportunity strategy has been proposed to improve the private reform of public institutions and the development of old-age services in rural areas.
