    : Besides genetic factors, climatic factors play an important role in rice(Oryza sativa L.) quality formation. In the process of growth and development of rice,climatic factors not only have some impact on enrich degree in rice,dry matter accumulation rate and pollen fertility and other aspects,also affect rice starch synthesis-related activity changes,and these are important factors in the formation of rice quality. The impact of climatic factors in the temperature and light were reviewed four aspects:milling quality,appearance quality,cooking and eating quality and nutritional quality. The results showed that the suitable temperature and light conditions were favorable for the improvement of head rice rate and rice gel consistency, reducing chalky grain rate and chalkiness degree,decreasing protein content,which were low in daily mean temperature, large temperature difference between night and day,strong light and short of sunshine length. The suitable temperature and light conditions for reducing the alkali value and reducing amylose content were high daily temperature, small diurnal temperature difference,weak light intensity and short sunshine length. In production,according to the different climatic conditions,choose rice varieties with strong stress resistance,such as thermostability,high light or low temperature. Strengthening weather forecast,according to the rice filling stage of possible weather conditions,manual adjustment to avoid adverse weather conditions at the same time with the transplanting date,suitable cultivation management plays an important role in improving the quality of rice.

    : Based on 28 new lines of sesame(Sesamum indicum L.) identifications,comprehensive evaluation of tested varieties were made using sesame yield per plant, plant height, air slightly sharp long capsule size, main stem axis of fruit, before capsule height,capsule number, each capsule grains, grain weight, disease resistance and other traits which were closely related to the production. The results showed that strains of “06-2659①”,“06-2583”,“06-2653” had high yield, stable yield, disease resistance, and other characteristics.

    A regional variety test with maize(Zea mays L.) in Hubei Province in 2009 as an example,the application of GGE-Biplot in evaluating the variety of adaptability,yield-ability,stability and the locations of identification and representativeness was introduced. The results of analysis showed that Hk9509,Sx0759,Hz06148 and Kn0901 possessed high stability and productive level. Yichang,Changyang Tujia autonomous county and Jianshi county possessed high distinguishability. The locations of Enshi,Xiantao and Changyang Tujia autonomous county possessed high representativeness. Based on the location distinguishability effects and representativeness of the variety was estimated. As a result,Changyang Tujia autonomous county and Yichang are more appropriate locations.

    : In order to utilize the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) germplasm resources effectively and provide theoretical basis for the breeding new varieties,95 genetic resources from different countries were selected and analyzed by agronomic traits and quality traits for genetic diversity and correlation. Results showed that there were abound genetic diversity in these germplasm resources. The coefficient variations were from 6.66% to 111.88%. The correlation and the partial correlation analysis revealed that plant height was highly positive significant with the effective branching height and the length of main inflorescence. Effective pod number per plant was highly positive significant with first effective branch number and the pod number of main inflorescence. Effective branch number was highly negative significant with length of main inflorescence. It was highly positive significant between glucosinolate and erucic acid. Oil content was highly positive significant with erucic acid, but highly negative significant with protein. The correlation coefficients were 0.76、0.38、0.52、0.50、-0.30、0.80、-0.63、0.33,the partial correlation coefficients were 0.90、0.73、0.46、0.47、-0.56、0.85、-0.57、0.58. Length of main inflorescence and effective branching height are not significant correlation coefficient, but the partial correlation coefficient is highly negative significant.

    : According to the TM images of Jialing River watershed in the years 2000,2005 and 2015,by using Geo-mathematical method and GIS method, the author analyzed the changes of land use area and the dynamic indexes of land use,and estimated the ecosystem service value of land use change in Jialing River watershed in 15 years. The results showed that from 2000 to 2015,the areas of cultivated land decreased continuously,and the areas of construction,grassland,water,forestland and unused land of Jialing River watershed increased. The ecosystem service value of Jialing River watershed decreased from 243 109.36 million yuan in 2000 to 242 805.95 million yuan in 2015. The sensitivity analysis showed that the ecosystem service value in study area was inelastic,the cultivated land area change reflected by the value change between land use and the ecosystem service value had a great influence.

    : This research assessed the feasibility of general planning for land use by environmental view, which was useful for providing theoretical basis and decision-making support to review and implement of land use planning. Mathematic models and case study method were used in this study. Index system of land use planning environmental impact pre-evaluation and multi-objective fuzzy optimal decision model were set up. Based on them, the relative membership degree and environmental score were calculated, and then the environment quality level were determined. It concluded that the environmental quality had been enhanced by different degrees, compared with the research start year. At the same time, new planning scheme produced a good ecological effect to local area, and the number of town increased from 3 to 6, which achieved the degree Ш or above, e.g. Xinchengpu, Quyangqiao, Xipingle town. The methods in this research were easy to apply and it could be taken as a sample for other areas for environmental impact evaluation of land use general planning.

    : Taking each city in Hubei province as the research target,first,the potential of rural development land was organized and analyzed,and then using forecast model the urban permanent population of each district was predict in Hubei province. Depending on the demand calculated by development land per capita,the demand and potential of each district were compared,doing a partition research on linking people and land. The results showed that the supply rates of all regions in Hubei were higher than 100%,and the enforceable potential of this policy was high.

    : A comparative test of lime dosage on rice field with different acidity grades(pH 5.13/4.41) was carried out to study the effects of different lime dosage on soil physicochemical properties and yield. The results showed that the application of lime can effectively regulate soil acidity on pH 5.13 and 4.41 rice fields, and pH increased with the increase of the amount of lime. And the nutrient supply improved to some extent,mainly improving the content of organic matter and alkali hydrolysable nitrogen. The yield increased significantly,mainly reflected in the increase of effective tiller number,and the yield increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of lime. The yield increasing rate of two acidity rice fields was the highest when 600 kg/hm2 lime was applied, and compared with the control, the increasing rate of theoretical yield were 16.9% and 23.4%,respectively,and the increasing rate of actual yield were 13.0% and 18.4%, respectively.

    : In order to explore the effects of different tillage methods on soil physical and chemical properties and wheat yield, the study was conducted in 2016-2017 at the Hongmiao Experimental Base in Enshi city, combining the advantages of traditional no-tillage and deep tillage. The differences of wheat yield and soil physical and chemical properties under different tillage methods were compared. The results showed that the plough layer optimization and double-line even seeding technology could improve soil physical and chemical properties. Compared with deep tillage and rotary tillage, plough layer optimization and double-line even seeding technology could increase wheat yield by 10.64% and 15.76%, and increase aboveground biomass by 7.82% and 9.16%, respectively.

    : Using statistical and geostatistical methods analyzed spatial variability of surface soil nutrients in cotton planting soil in Wushi county. The research showed:①mean soil pH was 7.8,showing slight alkaline soil feature. Except that the slow potassium content average value was greater than 500 mg/kg,grading was very rich and other elements content grading was to the appropriate or most appropriate. ②There was minimal difference in pH and large difference in available phosphorus content between sampling points;There was a positive correlation and spatial autocorrelation between the elements,but not very close.③organic content was same in the entire sampling area,content level was appropriate;Total carbon content was lower in the north part,other area total carbon content was 0.750~1.000 g/kg,the level of content was appropriate; Alkaline nitrogen content was lacking in the north,suitable in the south; Available phosphorus content was 10.000~20.000 mg/kg,the content level was the most appropriate; Slow potassium content was lower in the eastern part,rich in the northern part,very rich in the central and southwest part. The available potassium content was ranged 74.441~100.000 mg/kg in the southwest and northeast part of the sampling area and content level was suitable,the levels were the most appropriate in northern,southern,southeastern and central part.

    : The release characteristics of two different slow controlled release fertilizers were compared by the method of leaching in water. The results showed that there were differences in the initial nutrient release rate, the nutrient release longevity, and daily average release rates between the two different fertilizers. Type A slow-release urea had a slow dissolution rate and a long release period, its nutrient release period was 43 days, and the release rate showed an upward trend within 60 days. Type B slow-release urea had a fast dissolution rate and a short release period, which nutrient release period was 28 days. The release rate of type B slow-release urea was fast in 35 days, and the cumulative release was 84.63% in 35 days. Later release of urea was less, and the late release rate tended to be gentle.

    : The dynamic adsorption characteristics of phosphates on HFO-N and HFO-B composite resins were examined. The fixed bed breakthrough curves, adsorption-desorption performance and the resorbed behavior of the two resins were investigated. The results showed that the penetration time of HFO-N composite resin was longer than that of HFO-B composite resin, and the penetration time was 1 610 h; The treatment volume of HFO-N composite resin was also much higher than that of HFO-B composite resin, and the penetration volume was as high as 8 050 BV; The absorbed amount was 401.48 mg. The phosphate adsorbed in the HFO-B composite resin had a good desorption effect in both desorption process. The desorption of HFO-N composite resin took a long time and the desorption rate was lower. The desorption process of HFO-B composite resin did not affect its subsequent adsorption of phosphate.

    : The spatial characteristics of the ecosystem service value and accessibility to cities on three different levels(county-level cities,prefecture-level cities and mega cities) in Hunan Province are analysed. And three geographically weighted regression models are built to help revealing the impact of traffic accessibility on ecosystem service value. The results indicate that the negative impact of the accessibility of urban transport on the ecological service value from the urban agglomeration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan to the periphery is weakened and turned into a positive influence in the southwest of Hunan Province. The influence mechanism of the accessibility of the urban traffic on the ecological service value is similar to that of the county-level city,and the negative influence extends to the northwest along the railway. The accessibility to large cities has a positive impact on the ecological service value in whole Hunan Province,with the strongest in the east. Transport infrastructure construction and economic upgrading strategies should take the differences in the impacts of different levels of traffic accessibility on ecosystem services value in different regions into account to promote social and economic development while maintaining and developing the local ecological service value.

    : The crude extract of Polygonum hydroiper was used as a plant source pesticide to prevent and control the underground pest of tobacco. The experiment showed that the crude extract of Polygonum hydroiper could effectively prevent and control the underground insect of 5~15 days after planting. It had long duration and no effect on the growth of tobacco, and the control effect could reach 45%~80%; The control efficacy of liquid mixture was 66%~80%, and it was 35%~60% higher than that of the efficacy of high performance permethrin.

    : To screen microbial resources for biological control of cowpea wilt, a dominant antagonistic fungus MA4 strain against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. tracheiphilum was isolated, purified and screened from rhizosphere soil in Wuhan by dilution plating and confront culture method. The MA4 strain was identified according to its morphology and 18S rDNA sequence. The antifungal spectrum and stability of MA4 strain were studied by the plate confrontation method, and the pot experiment was also carried out. The results showed that the antifungal activity of MA4 against F. oxysporum f. sp. tracheiphilum was 75.69%. According to its morphology and 18S rDNA sequence analysis, the MA4 strain was identified as Trichoderma harzianum, and registered the sequence in GenBank with a login number of MH539514. The antifungal activity of MA4 against Botrytis cinerea, F. oxysporum Schlecht, F. oxyporum f. sp. niveum, F. oxysporum. f. sp. cucumebrium, Phomopsis vexans, Alternaria solani, P. vexans and Rhizoctonia solani was from 62.12% to 86.93%. After the subculture of 10 generations, the antifungal activity of MA4 against F. oxysporum f. sp. tracheiphilum was 80.86%. The results of the potted experiment showed that the disease index of the treatment with MA4 fermentation liquor after 14 d inoculation was 11.85%, the prevention efficiency was 85.75%, and it had certain promoting effect on cowpea plants.

    : Through the extraction of cablin[Pogostemon cablin (Blanco)Benth.] DNA and orthogonal design of PCR reaction system, screened and obtained cablin SCoT primers by PCR amplification, applied the NTSYS2.10e software and used the UPGMA method for cluster analysis to identify the samples of cablin by molecular perspective method,which was distributed in 16 groups include Guangzhou city,Yangjiang city, Zhaoqing city, Zhanjiang city and Hainan province and so on. Results showed that the SCoT primer sequence amplification of 167 bands, including 108 polymorphism bands, the percentage of polymorphic was 64.7%, and the similarity coefficient between each type distribution between 0.69~0.91, while different regions cablin were respectively divided. It was indicated that cablin has abundant genetic polymorphism, and SCoT molecular marker could be used as one of the basis for the identification of cablin.

    : The meteorological data of 8 meteorological stations in Liuzhou were collected. In consideration of sugarcane crop coefficient the water requirement of sugarcane were calculated by Penman formula. Then, the water supply and demand of sugarcane in Liuzhou was analyzed in combination with precipitation in the growing season. The results showed that sugarcane was in water surplus in the seedling stage and the tillering stage, while the water deficit occurred mainly in the extended and mature stage, which was the most significant in the later period of extended stage. The precipitation center in the growing season of sugarcane was mainly concentrated in the area of Rongan and Rongshui in Liuzhou. Precipitation was less while the water requirement was larger in the south of study area. The south of study area was the main district of water deficit which took a high drought risk. The results can provide a scientific basis for the relevant departments in formulating drought prevention and mitigation measures for sugarcane.

    Two dominant bacteria were isolated from the hepatopancreas of the diseased mud crab (Scylla paramamosain). The isolated strains were identified as Vibrio sp. and Shewanella through analyzing phenotypic characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence. Antibiotic sensitivity patterns of the two kinds of bacteria were evaluated against 15 antibiotics. Results showed the the isolated strain was highly sensitivity to 3 antibiotics including enrofloxacin, florfenicol and doxycycline, but resistant to 12 other antibiotics.

    : A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of different algal sources on skin color and partial immune index of cichlids. Four experimental diets were formulated to add Dunaliella salina,Schizochytrium Limacinum and Chlorella vulgaris with 1% algal,and the basal diet(without algal).Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups with 15 Copadichromis trimaculatus (approximately 9.39±0.55 g) which were cultivated for 45 days. The results showed that the concentration of carotenoid in the skin and fin of fish was significantly higher in the diet of adding Dunaliella salina than others(P<0.05). The diet of adding Schizochytrium Limacinum could significantly increase the a*(P<0.05). Moreover,the diet of adding 1% Dunaliella salina could significantly increase the activity of acid phosphatase(AKP),alkaline phosphatase (ACP),and alanine aminotransferase(GPT) in the liver of cichlids(P<0.05),and the activity of GPT and aspartate aminotransferase(GOT) has no significant difference in the serum of all tested fishes. In conclusion,the diet of adding Dunaliella salina and Schizochytrium Limacinum was effective in modifying the body color of Copadichromis trimaculatus and the former could improve the immune function of the liver.

    : This study analyzed the changes of soil selenium and leaf selenium contents in Fu cheng orchards of different planting years in Chengmai county. The results showed that with the increase of planting years, the content of Se in soil increased first and then decreased, which was inconsistent with the change of Se content and Se enrichment in leaves of Fu cheng. The content of selenium in leaves of Fu cheng and selenium enrichment in leaves showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and the change trend was consistent. The content of selenium in leaves and the enrichment degree of selenium in leaves of Fu cheng orchard planted for three years were 0.134 0 mg/kg and 0.136 7 respectively, which were beneficial to the absorption of selenium by plants. However, the selenium content and selenium enrichment in leaves of Fu cheng orchard planted for more than 7 years were very low, which were 0.038 2 mg/kg and 0.036 8 respectively, which was not conducive to selenium enrichment in plants.

    : In order to develop a method for rapid detection of metalaxyl residues in tobacco, a colloidal gold immunochromatography test strip was developea by using the self-made antigen and antibody as the material. The hapten was synthesized from metalaxyl and further prepared monoclonal antibody against metalaxyl after antigen immunization. The test strip limits the test limit to dry tobacco 1.5 mg/kg, fresh tobacco leaves 1.0 mg/kg, test paper stable, no cross reaction with other drugs, and the comparison with the chromatographic method is 98%, false positive rate is 2.3%. It can be used to detect tobacco quickly, accurately and batch, and provide technical support for the detection of methfrol residue in tobacco.

    : Aurantio-obtusin,rutin and quercetin were separated on Gemini C18 RP-column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 370 nm for rutin’s detection in the first 20 minutes,and then changed into 280 nm for the other two ingredients’s detection in 20~30 minutes. The injection volume was 20 μL,with methyl alcohol as the mobile phase A and water as mobile phase B. Results showed that aurantio-obtusin,rutin and quercetin showed good linear relationships in the range of 1.977 2 to 98.860 0 μg/mL(R2=0.999 7),1.958 0 to 97.900 0 μg/mL(R2=0.999 6)and 2.283 6 to 114.18 μg/mL(R2=0.999 6). Their average recovery rates were 98.81% with RSD of 2.0%,98.16% with RSD of 2.2% and 100.44% with RSD of 3.0%. By measurement ,the content of aurantio-obtusin,rutin and quercetin in lipid-lowering Chinese medicines were 0.053 2 mg/g with RSD of 1.36%,0.847 0 mg/g with RSD of 0.65%,and 0.040 9 mg/g with RSD of 0.80%. The method is simple,precise,stable,reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of lipid-lowering Chinese medicines.

    : With the advancement of technologies in drilling, fracturing, micro-earthquake prediction and numerical simulation in recent years in science and technology and industry, commercial development and utilization of geothermal energy in hot dry rock has become possible. The practice of foreign EGS projects has a history of more than 40 years. Scientific assessment of the risks, uncertainties, and economics of EGS projects has become a key issue for commercialization. Therefore, Europe and the United States have separately developed the representative EURONAUT and GEOPHIRES software packages for scientific and engineering personnel to perform technical and economic analysis of EGS projects. Based on the updated report released by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in February 2018, and based on literature analysis, the paper introduces the framework, parameter system, and features of the EEG technology economic simulation tool GEOPHIRES v2.0, and introduces two different types. Applied research was conducted in the EGS project. The GEOPHIRES tool can be used as a reference for the analysis and study of the key influential factors for the development and utilization of geothermal energy in hot dry rock in China and for the improvement of the theory and methods for the evaluation of technology and economy; on the other hand, it is used for the development and preparation of dry hot rock projects adapted to China's national conditions and resource characteristics. Technical and economic simulation software has important guiding significance.

    : Taking Henan province as an example,the purpose of the paper is to explore the method of land area integrated price balance betweed provincial cities and to grasp the overall level of land price from the macro level. Methods of Hierarchical interpolation and comparative analysis were employed. The results showed that the hierarchical indicator systems of land area integrated price balance were built,the result of using stratified linear interpolation to balance land area integrated price betweed provincial cities can be useful to grasp the overall land price,and it can effectively display divergence of land price and socio-economic development and land supply-demand,and land price balance results conform Henan realistic.

    : The biological information method of GGPPS protein in 15 kinds of medicinal plants physicochemical properties,subcellularlocalization,domainsites,subcellularlocalization,secondary structure and tertiary structure were analyzed. The results showed that medicinal plants GGPPS protein was hydrophobicity and unstable trans membrane protein,which had the same function structure domainsites polyprenyl-synt. The main components of the secondary and tertiary structure were alpha helix and random coil. Homology analysis showed that GGPPS proteins with highly conserved amino acid sequence,the homology Tripterygium wilfordii GGPPS protein and other 14 kinds medicinal plants were lower.

    : Four Tricholoma specimens(CFSZ10080, CFSZ10305, CFSZ11669,CFSZ10245) were identified based on morphological characteristics of fruiting bodies,combined with analysis of rDNA-ITS sequences. The results showed that specimen CFSZ10080 was Tricholoma fulvum,CFSZ10245 was Tricholoma psammopus,CFSZ11669 was Tricholoma argyraceum(Bull.) Gillet. CFSZ10305 was Ripartites tricholoma, which was new to Inner Mongolia. All of them were edible mushrooms.

    : The tourism economic development of 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi province(Xi'an, Yan'an, Yulin, Tongchuan, Weinan, Xianyang, Baoji, Hanzhong, Shangluo and Ankang) were compared and the entropy method was used to calculate the various indicators of urban tourism competitiveness of 10 prefecture-level cities. The comprehensive value of urban tourism competitiveness was obtained and ranked. The results showed that there were obvious differences in the competitiveness of the tourism economic development of the cities. Comprehensive ranking of Xi'an city was first,0.469 5 higher than Baoji city which was ranked second,and 0.546 9 higher than Tongchuan city which was ranked last.
