Morphology and rDNA-ITS Sequencing Analysis of Four Tricholomataceae

Abstract

Abstract: ： Four Tricholoma specimens（CFSZ10080, CFSZ10305, CFSZ11669,CFSZ10245） were identified based on morphological characteristics of fruiting bodies,combined with analysis of rDNA-ITS sequences. The results showed that specimen CFSZ10080 was Tricholoma fulvum,CFSZ10245 was Tricholoma psammopus,CFSZ11669 was Tricholoma argyraceum（Bull.） Gillet. CFSZ10305 was Ripartites tricholoma, which was new to Inner Mongolia. All of them were edible mushrooms.
