Improvement of Rice Pyricularia grisea Resistance by Molecular Marker Assisted Selection

Abstract: : Marker-assisted selection and traditional breeding technique were used in rice Pyricularia grisea breeding. R677, derived from donor restorer line R432 which has resistance to rice Pyricularia grisea and receptor Nanxi No.3 with multi-generation backcross selection, was an early rice restorer line with high quality, good resistant and high combining ability.
