Abstract: Xiangyou 5327 is a new three-line hybrid medium rice combination with early maturing and high-yield, which is bred by Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences with three line sterile line Xiang313A and self bred restorer line R5327. It has the characteristics of early maturity, good yield, strong suitability and high seed production. In August 2019, it passed the approval by Crop Variety Certification Committee in Hubei province.
