Abstract: : This study analyzed the changes of soil selenium and leaf selenium contents in Fu cheng orchards of different planting years in Chengmai county. The results showed that with the increase of planting years, the content of Se in soil increased first and then decreased, which was inconsistent with the change of Se content and Se enrichment in leaves of Fu cheng. The content of selenium in leaves of Fu cheng and selenium enrichment in leaves showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and the change trend was consistent. The content of selenium in leaves and the enrichment degree of selenium in leaves of Fu cheng orchard planted for three years were 0.134 0 mg/kg and 0.136 7 respectively, which were beneficial to the absorption of selenium by plants. However, the selenium content and selenium enrichment in leaves of Fu cheng orchard planted for more than 7 years were very low, which were 0.038 2 mg/kg and 0.036 8 respectively, which was not conducive to selenium enrichment in plants.
