Abstract: Based on analysis selenium content of selenium-enriched rice and soil from Lilinzui, the relationship between the soil pH, organic matter, available phosphorus, available potassium, ammonium nitrogen, form of selenium and the ability of enriching selenium in rice was studied. The results showed that the rice selenium was positively related to the content of soil selenium, which could be reasonably arranged according to the scope of selenium-enriched soil, and had certain reference significance for the cultivation of selenium-enriched rice. Increasing soil pH, organic matter, available phosphorus and available potassium could enhance the enrichment of selenium in rice, but there was no significant correlation between ammonium nitrogen and the enrichment ability of rice selenium. In soil selenium form, strongly organic selenium and humic acid-bound selenium was positively related with selenium in soil, and the content of selenium was higher, it indicated that selenium accumulation in rice mainly depends on strongly organic selenium and humic acid-bound selenium.
