The Partition Study on Supply and Demand of Linking People and Land in Hubei Province

Abstract

Abstract: ： Taking each city in Hubei province as the research target,first,the potential of rural development land was organized and analyzed,and then using forecast model the urban permanent population of each district was predict in Hubei province. Depending on the demand calculated by development land per capita,the demand and potential of each district were compared,doing a partition research on linking people and land. The results showed that the supply rates of all regions in Hubei were higher than 100%,and the enforceable potential of this policy was high.
