Research on Rural Home Endowment Mode Based on the Perspective of Welfare Pluralism

Abstract

Abstract: As a new pattern of old-age care, community care services at the same time makes up for the shortages of family support and institution-endowment, and provides a new thinking on the path of old-age care for the Chinese society with the deepening of aging. Based on the theory of Welfare Pluralism, explores the guiding significance of this theory to the development of China's rural community care services pattern, concludes that in the process of development, it is necessary to ensure diversification of the main body of home-based pension services and diversify the service needs of the aged, And provide a wide range of pension services and supply methods. Based on this, we put forward a network "group" that builds a multi-cooperation network of community care services system, insists on diversified service needs of the elderly, provides a full range of multi-level pension service provision, strengthen the financial support for community rural care services and promotion of community care services thinking.
