Abstract: Through the evaluation of the targeting efficiency and the adequacy of the assistance of the rural minimum living security policy. It is found that the effect of the rural minimum living security system is poor at this stage. Through in-depth analysis of the reasons, it is proposed to promote the standardization of the management of the rural minimum living security system, enhance the scientific and rationality of the rural minimum living security standard, establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism and strictly implement the minimum living security policy, improve the supervision mechanism and other suggestions to continuously enhance the guarantee effect of the rural minimum living security policy and help the national poverty alleviation strategy.
