Abstract: Based on the empirical observation and research on rural industrial practice in Changxing county in Zhejiang province, this study constructs a multi-functional rural lodging space in which rural residents or returning residents are the optimal operating subjects and a new local expression path based on the three elements of landscape-activities-emotion, in order to seek the close connection between the management of residential accommodation and related industries, to express the local culture in a way more acceptable to the market, so that the villagers can share more of the development of rural tourism dividends, increase the cultural identity and cultural confidence of the villagers.
