    The implementation of the rural revitalization stratege plan in Henan province is directly related to China's food security and the comprehensive realization of agricultural and rural modernization. This study used the subjective and objective combination weighting method to determine the index weight, and made a comprehensive evaluation and realization degree analysis of rural revitalization in Henan province. The results showed that the overall rising trend of rural revitalization in Henan province was obvious; rural revitalization, ecological livable, industrial prosperity, effective governance and some sub indicators can exceed the target; rural civilization and affluent life can not meet the target; some sub indicators still had a large gap and were difficult to meet the target. It was suggested that Henan province should continue to increase the expenditure on agriculture, forestry, water and urban and rural social affairs to support agriculture, improve the grain yield and agricultural labor productivity, improve the level of rural human capital investment, and increase farmers' income in an all-round and multi-channel way.

    The agricultural modernization in Changji prefecture of Xinjiang was in the middle and upper level of the whole country. The whole prefecture had formed an industrial base with regional characteristics, which had laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. However, there were still some constraints, such as the low level of agricultural base industrialization, the slow growth rate of per capita disposable income of rural residents, the weak market development ability of agricultural products, and the prominent problems of human settlements. Based on the actual development of Changji prefecture, this study put forward five ways to implement rural revitalization: The income increasing mode of farmers and herdsmen, the industrial integration development mode, the rural talent revitalization mode, the modern rural governance mode, and the rural ecological protection and restoration mode.

    Using data analysis and comparative advantage analysis model, this paper deeply analyzes the agricultural data of Hunan province in recent years, and probes into four practical problems, the desire of farmers to adjust the planting structure of rural planting industry in Hunan province is not strong, the rural planting structure is relatively single, the competitiveness of agricultural products is not strong, and the rural planting environment needs to be improved, in order to provide a path choice for a new round of rural planting structure adjustment.     By constructing the index system of tourism industry and ecological environment evaluation in Xinjiang, the coupling and coordinated development of Xinjiang tourism industry and ecological environment are studied by using the coupling coordination model.The results showed that the index of comprehensive evaluation of ecological environment and the safety index of each subsystem in Xinjiang basically showed an upward trend in 2006—2017. The pressure system and response system are the main factors affecting the ecological environment. From 2006 to 2017, the development level of tourism industry in Xinjiang showed a state of fluctuation and rise, and the coupling degree with the ecological environment was at a high level. Accordingly, suggestions are put forward to give full play to the leading role of the government in the ecological governance system, promote the reform of quality and efficiency, and improve the innovation ability of scientific and technological management, we will speed up the close integration and coordination between tourism industry and the ecological environment, and further promote the synchronous, coordinated and steady development of local tourism industry and the ecological environment.

    The healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism is affected by various factors. By constructing the system dynamics model of the coordinated development of rural tourism, the paper analyzes the feedback relationship and interaction mechanism among various elements of the economic subsystem, ecological subsystem and social and cultural subsystem, then identifies the driving mechanism of coordinated development of rural tourism. Rural tourism coordinated development pattern can be divided into five kinds of model, such as resources and environment dependent (N model), industry oriented (E model), ecological environment protection (R model), the social and cultural balance (S model) and the economy, ecology and society coordinated development (ERS model). The simulation results show that ERS model is the coordinated development of rural tourism system optimal model. Furthermore, some suggestions are put forward, such as giving full play to industrial multiplier effect, improving environmental governance ability, improving community participation awareness and ability, and improving rural tourism policy response system.

    Rural tourism is a new form of deep integration of industries in rural areas,and it's an important way to realize the rural revitalization strategy for our country. From the perspective of industrial composition, this paper summarizes rural tourism as a new form of integration of agricultural tourism, cultural tourism and ecological tourism, analyses the new connotation of rural tourism in terms of tourism space, object and form, and analyses the industrial composition and tourism activity combination of rural tourism. On base of clarifying the connotation and industrial structure of rural tourism, it furtherly explores the driving mechanism of industrial integration from two aspects of “demand side” stimulation and “supply side” reform, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of rural tourism.

    The problem of aging population has become a social topic of general concern. The increase in the purchasing power of the aged population and the change in consumption concepts have given birth to a vigorousold-age consumer market. The rural tourism pension, as a new business form integrating the two major industries of rural tourism and pension, has an important role in alleviating the pressure of city pension, balancing the seasonal differences in rural tourism and the urban-rural economy.     Based on a survey data of 485 farmers in 6 villages and towns in Yizhou district of Hami city, Logit model and Tobit model are used to make regression analysis on farmers' farmland transfer-out behavior. Regression results show that farmers' risk aversion attitude has a significant positive impact on their farmland transfer-out behavior and transfer-out rate. Besides the age of the head of the household and the number of years of education, the controlling variables such as the farmers' information identification ability, the non-agricultural employment rate, the number of surrounding equal groups, the knowledge of the transferring households about the trading objects, and the family's special event experience are also helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of the transferring behavior of farmers' farmland. Due to the emergence of arrears of land rent and installment payment, more farmers are insecure about land transfer transactions, their risk aversion behavior increases, and their willingness to transfer land begins to weaken. Therefore, it is an important way to effectively promote the stable development of farmland transfer to strengthen the formation of agricultural product price market mechanism, standardize the guarantee projects of both sides of farmland transfer, and encourage small farmers with unconcentrated farmland to engage in non-agricultural production.

    Based on the survey data of farmers in Tuanjie village and other villages in Huining county, Baiyin city, Gansu province, a Logistic regression model is established to study the willingness of farmers to cultivate arable land under the background of rural revitalization, and the factors are explored that affect farmers'participation in the management of arable land. The results show that 55.74% of farmers are willing to carry out land fragmentation governance. The higher the education level of the head of the household, the greater the number of family labor, the higher the level of understanding of the “rural revitalization” policy, the stronger the herd mentality, the more optimistic about the future agricultural mechanized production, the more willing the farmers are to participate in the governance of cultivated land fragmentation; The better the health status, the more fertile the cultivated land and the closer the plot to home, the lower the farmers' willingness to manage the cultivated land.

    Through the construction of 15 indicators system of land urbanization and population urbanization, the coordination between land urbanization and population urbanization in Wuhan city from 2008 to 2017 was analyzed by using the entropy method, coordination index and coupling coordination degree model. The results showed that the development of land urbanization and population urbanization in Wuhan city could be roughly divided into three stages: The first stage was that the index level of both cities was low from 2008 to 2010; The second stage was that the index level of both cities was at a medium level from 2011 to 2014; And the third stage was that the index level of both cities was at a high level from 2015 to 2017, and the coupling degree between them changes from extreme imbalance to high-quality coordination. The process of land urbanization and population urbanization was out of balance in some aspects, but with the adjustment, it tended to coordinate development gradually. On this basis, the reasons for the imbalance between land urbanization and population urbanization in Wuhan city were analyzed. It was pointed out that the relationship between land urbanization and population urbanization was mainly affected by the interaction of external system and internal basis of urban development.     By constructing the urbanization and ecological environment evaluation index system of Wuhan city, based on the data from 2008 to 2017, the entropy method, coefficient of variation method, coupling coordination degree and other quantitative analysis methods are used to explore the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination of urbanization and ecological environment in Wuhan city. The results show that from 2008 to 2017, the level of comprehensive development of urbanization and ecological environment in Wuhan city have showed a rising trend of fluctuation, the level of comprehensive development has been greatly improved, and the degree of coupling coordination has also developed from low and medium coordination to high coordination. However, the comprehensive development level of the ecological environment has lagged behind the comprehensive development level of urbanization since 2010. So it is necessary for Wuhan city to further increase its efforts to protect the ecological environment.

    Based on the decoupling theory, a decoupling model was constructed, the decoupling elastic coefficient of urbanization level and farmland security stress index were calculated in Santai county, and the decoupling state between them were divided. The research showed that the urbanization level of Santai county increased steadily from 2006 to 2018, and the farmland security stress index generally showed a fluctuating decline. The decoupling trend of urbanization level and farmland security stress index in Santai county mainly presented strong negative decoupling, strong decoupling, expansion negative decoupling, and weak negative decouplingfour types, which presented dynamic alternation. From the perspective of decoupling and coupling relationship, the change of decoupling state in the recent 13 years was generally manifested as the transformation from deformity to ideal state, although there was a relatively negative state in some years. The decoupling state presented stage characteristics: From 2007 to 2011, the decoupling state showed a trend of gradual improvement from the unideal state, and the coordination between urbanization level and farmland security showed unreasonable and gradual optimization and adjustment in the early stage.     Based on the provincial panel data of the Yangtze river economic belt from 2007 to 2017, and on the basis of panel vector autoregression model, the relationship between tourism industry development and poverty reduction in the Yangtze river economic belt was empirically studied by means of stability test, granger causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition. The results showed that the impact of tourism industry development on the incidence of poverty in the Yangtze river economic belt decreased with the passage of years. The impact of poverty incidence on the development of tourism industry in the Yangtze river economic belt changed from large to small with the year. Under the influence of poverty incidence, the development of tourism industry first increased and then decreased. The impact of the development of tourism industry on the incidence of poverty in the Yangtze river economic belt was greater than that of poverty on the development of tourism industry.     A good organizational system and operational mechanism are the cornerstone of overcoming poverty.     AF multidimensional poverty analysis was carried out on the accurate poverty alleviation statistics data of Taohe town Langao county Shaanxi province in 2017. The results show that the poor population of Taohe town is characterized by multi-dimensional poverty, aging, sickness and low education. From the perspective of poverty alleviation in Taohe town since 2013, poverty alleviation measures have changed from a single to a multidimensional approach, with precise poverty identification and huge investment. At the same time, there are problems such as lack of sustainability in industrial poverty alleviation, low efficiency of poverty alleviation funds, single poverty alleviation indicators, and lack of dynamic information registration. According to the existing problems, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided.

    Based on the survey data of poverty detection in Xinjiang and the survey data of deep poverty villages in Baicheng county of four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, the effects of employment poverty alleviation on poverty alleviation and its influencing factors are analyzed. Using the logistic binary regression method, the factors affecting the transfer of employment from individuals, families and villages are made an empirical analysis. Male, educational level, good health and the number of labor force have a positive and significant impact on labor force transfer and employment, while age, education level of household heads and family cultivated land area have a negative impact. Finally, some suggestions are put forward according to the results of empirical analysis.

    The influence mechanism of resource endowment and market demand on the choice of poverty alleviation industry is analyzed. Taking Qichun county of Hubei province as an example, the poverty alleviation effect of Chinese herbal medicine industry is analyzed in the concentrated contiguous areas of Dabie mountains. It is found that resource endowment can increase the comparative advantage of regional poverty alleviation industries, but it is also easy to fall into the “resource curse” and “poverty trap”. The choice of poverty alleviation industry also needs to consider market demand. The Chinese herbal medicine industry has a good market demand, and the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Qichun county also has a good resource endowment, and has also achieved certain results in industrial poverty alleviation, but there are also lags in infrastructure construction and the promotion of enterprises to farmers, the simplification of sales channels and so on. Finally, it puts forward suggestions on strengthening the infrastructure construction, giving play to the leading role of leading enterprises and brand development.

    To explore the path of improving the happiness index of farmers in poor counties, by field visit and questionnaire survey to collect data, combined with domestic and foreign scientific research method to establish suitable for this area of the evaluation index system, using the entropy weight method and the weighted arithmetic mean method to calculate the happiness index of farmers, the influencing factors of happiness and the regional difference are explored using SPSS 24.0 Pearson correlation analysis. The results show that the happiness index of farmers in poor counties of Sichuan province is at a general level, and the differences within the region are large. Combining with the primary influencing factors of each region, the happiness of farmers should be improved by improving economic income, political construction and social security.

    With the adjustment of industrial structure, the surplus labor force of agricultural industry in Liaoning province was gradually transferred to the second industry and the third industry. The transfer of surplus labor force in the context of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Liaoning province was analyzed, the balance of industrial structure and surplus labor force in agricultural industry, and further studies the employment capacity of specific industries in Liaoning province were explained. The results showed that the surplus labor force in agricultural industry is transferring to the secondary industry and the tertiary industry, compared with the second industry and the third industry, the surplus labor force in agricultural industry was transferring to the second industry and the third industry To a large extent, the three industries can promote the employment of surplus labor in the agricultural industry. According to the research and analysis, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, including vigorously developing the tertiary industry, strengthening the construction of urbanization in rural areas and strengthening the training of agricultural industry skills.     Based on the statistical yearbook data from 2007 to 2019 in Xichuan county, the influencing factors of rural labor force transfer in poor areas were studied. The results showed that the influenc of factor on rural labor transfer in Xichuan county were: the proportion of investment in tertiary industry in infrastructure investment, the per capita net income of rural residents, the level of education (junior middle school and above), the total power of agricultural machinery, the urbanization rate, the income gap between urban and rural residents, the number of cultivated land per capita and the proportion of production value of primary industry, all play positive role in promoting labor transfer, while the proportion of operating income will inhibit labor transfer.

    Combined with the “Two Mountains” theory and Lotka-Volterra symbiosis model, the evaluation model of green development mode was constructed. α is the competitive inhibition coefficient of “economic mountain” to “ecological mountain”, β is the competitive inhibition coefficient of “ecological mountain” to “economic mountain”, when α>β is gray green development mode, when α<β is light green development mode, when α=β is deep green development mode. Through Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the weight of each index, combined with the green development model of Southern Shaanxi, it was concluded that Xi'an, Tongchuan, Hanzhong and Shangluo were gray green development model; Baoji, Xianyang, Weinan, Yan'an, Yulin and Ankang were light green development model; no city was deep green development model.

    Taking five provinces (cities, autonomous region) in north China as the research object, select the nation's 2013—2017 urban residents per capita disposable income source, using the entropy weight method to determine the influence key attribute index, per capita disposable income of urban residents in north China in 1998—2017 of wage income and per capita disposable income as the primary data, by using the theory of control chart painted this set of data to fluctuations and controllable. Results showed that in addition to the Hebei province, the other four provinces (cities, autonomous region) salary income of urban residents' per capita disposable income in the ratio of the first increased then decreased, and the residents' wage income ratio almost simultaneous increase and decrease of per capita disposable income, but on the whole north China the ratio of salary income of urban residents' per capita disposable income in the steady state controlled. in order to reduce the gap between rich and poor residents, residents can be encouraged to increase their property income to increase their disposable income so as to achieve common prosperity.
