Analysis on the influencing factors of rural labour transfer in poor areas:A case of Xichuan county

Abstract: Based on the statistical yearbook data from 2007 to 2019 in Xichuan county, the influencing factors of rural labor force transfer in poor areas were studied. The results showed that the influenc of factor on rural labor transfer in Xichuan county were: the proportion of investment in tertiary industry in infrastructure investment, the per capita net income of rural residents, the level of education (junior middle school and above), the total power of agricultural machinery, the urbanization rate, the income gap between urban and rural residents, the number of cultivated land per capita and the proportion of production value of primary industry, all play positive role in promoting labor transfer, while the proportion of operating income will inhibit labor transfer.
