Abstract: In order to solve the problems of government budget reduction, service demand increase, limited human resources and the change of scalability demand, this paper proposed an E-government architecture based on cloud computing and service-oriented architecture, so that the masses and enterprises can easily and efficiently obtain government related services without the limitation of time and region. In order to verify the usefulness of the proposed framework, Cloudsim simulator was used. The results show that the framework provided a powerful framework for E-government, provided the reusability and discoverability of government services, and provided solutions for some cloud computing problems. It provides more choices for the construction of government E-government to help implement and improve E-government and create new employment opportunities.
