Abstract: A pathogen from Polygonatum kingianum was isolated by pathogen isolation method, and identification of the pathogen was carried out by Koch's rule, morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis. The results show that the single colony mycelium of the pathogenic strain is white, the back is light yellow, and the mycelium is flocculent and flourishes. The conidia of the pathogenic strain have two forms, the large conidia are sickle-shaped or columnar, and the small conidia are oval or kidney-shaped. The pathogen was identified as Fusarium solani from the morphological, pathogenicity and ITS sequence analysis of the strains.
