Abstract: It was difficult to obtain the load during lifting of the orchard operating platform, which made it difficult to design the structure. The lifting structure main core structure of the orchard operating platform, was taken as the research object. Dynamic analysis was held around lifting process of the operating platform based on Rigid Dynamics modules of ANSYS Workbench19.2. There were 18 connection pairs between 9 components, including the operating platform, the lifting rod, the frame, the slider between the frame and the lifting rod, the slider between the frame and the lifting rod, the hydraulic oil cylinder and so on. Weight of the lifting structure of the operating platform and maximum pressure of operators and picking objects were set up as actual load of the lifting structure of the operating platform. 3 motion conditions, according to the motion speed at 0.006, 0.008 and 0.012 m/s of piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder relative to cylinder block of hydraulic oil cylinder, were set up. Lifting process of the lifting structure of the operating platform was simulated. Translation speed of the operating platform, translation acceleration of the operating platform, force of each connection pair and thrust of the hydraulic oil cylinder with time were obtained, which made supporting power, material and structure of the orchard operating platform more reasonable, and provided reference for further optimizing the structure of the orchard operating platform and more suitable production.
