Research on the construction and evaluation of farmers' green agricultural competency model:Taking the farmers in Hubei Province as an example

Abstract: In order to provide reference for farmers' green agricultural production and training, based on the research of relevant literature, the competency characteristics of green agriculture of farmers were obtained through the questionnaire survey. The SPSS25 software was used for exploratory factor analysis, and AMOS23 software was used for confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the model of farmers' green agricultural competency contained five competency dimensions including farmers' green behavior, farmers' learning ability, farmers' green cognition, farmers' sense of responsibility and policy support, and 19 competency factors. Therefore, according to the research results, appropriate measures should be taken to guide farmers' behavior and improve their quality, and targeted training should be strengthened to gradually improve farmers' green agricultural competence.
