Through Analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to calculate the weight of each index, combined with the green development model of Southern Shaanxi, it was concluded that Xi'an, Tongchuan, Hanzhong and Shangluo were gray green development model; Baoji, Xianyang, Weinan, Yan'an, Yulin and Ankang were light green development model; no city was deep green development model.
