From the whole ecological planning of the ecological experience garden to the individual ecological design, the design idea and method of the organic agriculture ecological experience garden on the premise of revitalizing the economic development and protecting the ecological environment were studied. Based on the analysis of the status quo, advantages and problems of the development of agricultural characteristic towns in Nanjing, suggestions are put forward from four aspects, scientific planning, seeking the support of characteristic industries; improving infrastructure, expanding the functions of small towns; promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, introducing talents; strengthening project audit and establishing environmental protection indexes.
