The results showed that,the development of financial leasing industry in Jiangsu promoted the local economy of Jiangsu province,and the amount of fixed assets investment,the number of financial leasing industry were positively correlated with the total economic output of Jiangsu province,and there was a negative correlation between the non-performing loan amount of financial leasing industry and the total economic output of Jiangsu province.Accordingly countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of financial leasing industry in Jiangsu were put forward. The results showed that, among elements of corporate internal governance,there was a positive correlation between enterprise growth and the executive pay level,human capital investment and ownership concentration ratio,meanwhile,there was a negative correlation between enterprise growth and the number of board meetings,the scale of the supervisory board.
