怀山药内生真菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Dioscorea opposita Thunb

摘要: 以怀山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb)为试验材料,采用组织块分离法和研磨分离法对怀山药根茎中内生真菌进行分离,并运用形态学及分子生物学方法对其进行鉴定。结果表明,共分离得到23株真菌,经鉴定分别为镰孢菌属(Fusarium)、青霉属(Penicillium)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、地霉菌属(Geotrichum)、弯孢菌属(Curvularia)和链格孢属(Alternaria)等6个属。

Abstract: The rhizome of Dioscorea opposita Thunb was used as the experimental material,and then endophytic fungi were isolated by the methods of tissue and grinding separation. The isolated strains were then identified by morphology and molecular biology approaches. The results showed that 23 strains from D. opposita Thunb were identified,which belonged to 6 genera,namely,Fusarium,Penicillium,Aspergillus,Geotrichum,Curvularia and Alternaria.
