纳米氧化铁对番茄生长行为的影响

The Influence of Nanometer Iron Oxide on Tomato Growth Behavior

摘要: 为研究不同浓度纳米氧化铁对番茄生长的影响,采用不同浓度纳米氧化铁对番茄处理后,对番茄植株生物量、抗氧化系统、膜质过氧化以及可溶性糖含量等进行测定。结果表明,不同浓度的纳米氧化铁处理后的番茄生物量、抗氧化酶活性、可溶性糖含量均有明显变化。主要表现为先增高后降低的趋势,50 mg/L纳米氧化铁处理的植株生长状况最好,表现出明显的促生长效应。不同浓度的纳米氧化铁对番茄的生长发育有不同影响,低浓度下可促进番茄的生长,高浓度的纳米氧化铁处理引起番茄产生明显的氧化应激反应,呈现一定的植物细胞毒性。

Abstract: The research aimed at studying the effect of different concentrations of nanometer iron oxide on tomato growth. Using different concentration of nanometer iron oxide to deal with tomatoes,and measure the biomass,anti-oxidizing system,lipid peroxidation and contents of soluble sugar. The results showed that,after dealing with different concentration of nanometer iron oxide,the biomass had obvious change;and anti-oxidizing enzymes,contents of soluble sugar had marked variation. The trend mainly showed first increasing then falling,and tomatoes had the best growth status at 50 mg/L of nanometer iron oxide,showing the obvious growth-promoting effect. It was concluded that,different concentration of nanometer iron oxide had influence on the tomato growth,low concentrations can promote growth,while high concentrations can cause noticeable oxidative stress reaction of tomato.
