刺桐叶过氧化物酶对水体中联苯胺的降解

Degradation of Benzidine of Water by Peroxidase from the Leaves of Erythrina variegata Linn.

摘要: 探讨刺桐(Erythrina variegata Linn.)叶片过氧化物酶在清除水体中EDCs的应用前景, 对刺桐叶过氧化物酶与H2O2形成的催化体系降解联苯胺的效果和反应条件进行研究。结果表明, 刺桐过氧化物酶生物催化体系对联苯胺有良好的降解效果。在温度25~45 ℃, pH 7~8, H2O2与联苯胺物质的量浓度比为3.0~5.0条件下, 10 U/mL刺桐过氧化物酶浓度对200 μmol/L联苯胺的3 h降解率达100%, 效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to develop economic value of the leaves, investigated the application prospect of the peroxidase in the Erythrina variegata's leaves in the removal of EDCs in water. The effect and best reaction conditions for the degradation of benzidine by E. variegata peroxidase-H2O2 were studied. The results showed that the E. variegata peroxidase-H2O2 had degradation effects on benzidine. Respectively, suitable reaction conditionsTemperature of 25~45 ℃, pH 7~8, H2O2/BZ=3.0~5.0(benzidine and hydrogen peroxide molar ratio), when the concentration of peroxidase was 10 U/mL, the best scavenging rate to benzidine (200 μmol/L) was 100%.
