柑橘皮渣/聚乳酸可降解育苗钵的制备工艺

Preparation technology of degradable seedling pots made from Citrus Dregs/PLA

摘要: 以柑橘(Citrus reticulata Blanco)皮渣为原材料,聚乳酸为黏合剂,采用模压成型法制备成柑橘皮渣可降解育苗钵,在单因素试验的基础上利用响应面法对柑橘皮渣/聚乳酸可降解育苗钵的制备工艺参数进行优化,探究了柑橘皮渣粒度、模压压力、模压温度、成型时间等因素对育苗钵抗压强度的影响。结果表明,柑橘皮渣粒度20目,上模温度118 ℃、下模温度133 ℃,成型压力2 MPa,成型时间47 s时,育苗钵的抗压强度达最优值5.539 MPa。采用PLA柑橘皮渣为原料制备育苗钵,可以有效避免废弃柑橘皮渣对环境的污染,为实现农业废弃物的资源化利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Citrus dregs/polylactic acid biodegradable seedling pots were prepared by hot press molding technology with Citrus dregs as reinforced materials and polylactic acid as adhesive. The preparation parameters of citrus dregs/polylactic acid biodegradable seedling pots were optimized by response surface method on the basis of single-factor investigation. The effects of particle size of Citrus dregs, molding temperature, pressure and forming time on the compressive strength of seedling pots were investigated. Under the conditions of particle size of Citrus dregs for 20 mesh number, molding temperature is 118 ℃ of a lower die and 133 ℃ of an upper die, molding pressure of 2 MPa, forming time 47 s, the compressive strength of seedling pots reached the optimal value of 5.539 MPa. The seedling pot made of PLA and Citrus dregs, which can avoid the phenomenon of the environmental pollution caused by the waste Citrus dregs and provide theoretical basis for the resource utilization of agricultural wastes.
