大马士革玫瑰精油提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction technology of essential oil from Damascus rose

摘要: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法对大马士革玫瑰精油提取工艺进行研究,考察投料量、提取时间、料液比、回流时间对精油提取率的影响。结果表明,投料量为200 kg、提取时间为4 h、料液比为1∶4、回流时间为2 h时,大马士革玫瑰精油提取效果最好,可达3.19?。

Abstract: The extraction technology of essential oil from Damascus rose was studied by steam distillation. The effects of dosage, extraction time, ratio of material to liquid, and reflux time on the extraction rate of essential oil were investigated. The results showed that, it will be best when the dosage was 200 kg, the extraction time was 4 hours, the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶4, and the reflux time was 2 hours,which can come up to 3.19?.
