Indoor toxicity test of ten fungicides against pathogens of Angelica sinensis root rot

摘要: 为探明不同杀菌剂对当归(Angelica sinensis)根腐病菌的室内抑菌活性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种杀菌剂对茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)和尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)2种主要当归根腐病菌的室内毒力。结果表明,根腐病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性差异较大,其中恶霉灵、多菌灵和代森锰锌对2种病原菌均具有较强的抑制作用。

Abstract: In order to find out the indoor antibacterial activity of different fungicides against Angelica sinensis root rot, the indoor virulence of 10 fungicides against two main fungi of Angelica sinensis root rot was determined by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that the sensitivity of these two main fungi to different fungicides was quite different. Among them, hymexazol, carbendazim and mancozeb had strong inhibitory effects on both pathogens.
