免净化-气相色谱法测定大麦中的氟氯吡啶酯

Detection of halauxifen-methyl in barley by gas chromatography without purification

摘要: 建立了气相色谱测定大麦中氟氯吡啶酯含量的方法。样品经丙酮提取后离心分离,浓缩至干,正己烷定容后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测,通过保留时间定性,采用外标法定量。结果表明,氟氯吡啶酯在0.02~0.50 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 1,检出限为0.004 mg/kg,对阴性样品进行低、中、高3个不同浓度的加标回收率为86.4%~92.1%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在9.1%~12.3%。该方法前处理简便,灵敏度高,线性范围广,适用于大麦中氟氯吡啶酯的检测。

Abstract: The method for determination of halauxifen-methyl in barley was established by gas chromatography. The samples were extracted by acetone and then separated by centrifugation. The acetone solution was died by N2, dissolved by n-hexane with certain volume and then determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. The component was qualitated by retention time and quantitated by peak area using external standard method. Halauxifen-methyl had a good linearity between 0.02~0.50 mg/L,r=0.999 1, with detection limit of 0.004 mg/kg. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method using blank samples. The values of recovery ranged from 86.4%~92.1%. Values of RSDn=6) found were in the range of 9.1%~12.3%. The method was simple with high sensitivity and wide linear range, which was valuable for the determination of halauxifen-methyl in barley.
