苹果属两种砧木对盐胁迫的响应

Response of two rootstocks of apple to salt stress

摘要: 以海棠果和SH的实生苗为试材,对其进行不同盐浓度处理比较其耐盐性的差异。结果表明,2种砧木叶绿素含量的变化在低盐浓度时呈相反的趋势,而在高盐浓度时变化趋势相同,均呈先下降后上升的趋势,且海棠果的上升趋势大于SH的变化趋势;在高盐浓度时,2种砧木游离脯氨酸含量均呈积累状态,而可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势,海棠果叶片中的可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势,SH叶片中的可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势;海棠果SOD活性的变化趋势为上升-下降-上升-下降,POD活性的变化趋势为先上升后下降,SH叶片内2种保护酶活性变化趋势均为上升-下降-上升。

Abstract: The seedlings of plum leaf crab and SH were used as test materials. The salt tolerance of plum leaf crab and SH seedlings were compared by different salt concentration treatments. The results showed that the changes of chlorophyll content of the two rootstocks showed the opposite trend at low salt concentration, but the same trend at high salt concentration. The trend of chlorophyll content of the two rootstocks decreased first and then increased,and the rising trend of Plum leaf crab is greater than that of SH. At high salt concentration, the free proline content of the two rootstocks was accumulated, while the soluble protein content decreased, the soluble sugar content in the leaves of Plum leaf crab showed an upward trend, and the soluble sugar content in the leaves of SH showed a downward trend. The change trend of SOD activity in plum leaf crab was ascending-descending-ascending-descending, POD activity was ascending first and then descending, and the activities of two protective enzymes in SH blade interior showed an upward-downward-upward trend.
