摘要/Abstract

摘要： 探讨低丘缓坡利用规划实施评价的方法,并以广西藤县为例对低丘缓坡试点进行全面评价。通过全面评估低丘缓坡开发利用规划的实施情况,发现并分析存在的问题及原因,切实总结经验和成效,及时发现指标安排过程中的问题,促进指标合理利用,使指标最大限度地发挥对经济、社会、生态协调发展的促进作用和调控作用。

关键词: 低丘缓坡, 开发利用规划, 实施评价

Abstract: The method of evaluation and implementation of low hill and gentle slope utilization planning were discussed, and taking Teng county of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region as an example to carry out comprehensive evaluation of low hill and gentle slope pilot. Through comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of low hill and gentle slope development and utilization planning, the existing problems and causes were discovered and analyzed, the experience and effectiveness were effectively sumed up, the problems were timely identified in the process of index arrangement, the rational use of indicators was promoted, and the indicators to the economy were maximized. The coordinated development of society and ecology were promoted and regulated.
