火棘叶片解剖结构及其生态适应性研究

Study on anatomical structure of leaves of Pyracantha fortuneana (Maxim.) Li and its ecology adaptation

摘要: 通过石蜡切片技术,利用光学显微镜,观察了火棘[Pyracantha fortuneana (Maxim.) Li]叶片的解剖结构,结果显示,从横切面观察,火棘叶片解剖结构由表皮、叶肉与叶脉三大部分组成。上表皮和下表皮细胞都是单层,排列整齐有序,外切向壁加厚为角质层,无表皮毛,下表皮的气孔凸出叶表面,有孔下室。典型异面叶,叶肉分化明显,富含叶绿体,栅栏细胞长柱状,排列有序,整齐划一,2~3层,海绵细胞排列无序,细胞形状不一,大小不一。主脉维管束发达,充分体现了其运输功能,另在维管束上下两侧有少量的机械组织,侧脉维管束结构简化。以上特征与干旱等环境条件相适应。

Abstract: The anatomical structure of Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.) Li leaves were studied by the optical microscope and paraffin section technique. The results show that it is a typical bifacial leaf and made up of three parts, epidermis, mesophyll and vein in tansverse section of the leaf. The cells of upper epidermis and lower epidermis are both single row, which arrange closely and neatly, and the cell walls of both upper and lower epidermis are covered with cuticula and no trichomes. The stomata with chambers of the lower epidermis protrude from leaf surface. The mesophyll is very rich with many chloroplast in it. The palisade tissue arranges closely, composed of 2~3 layers of cylindrical cells; the spongy tissue arranges loosely, composed of irregular cells. The vascular bundle of main vein is well developed, fully suggesting its function of transporting. Additionally, there are few mechanical tissues between the bundle and the epidermis. The lateral veins simplify. The characters mentioned above are fit for varieties of circumstances such as the drought.
