气质联用法在测定40种农药残留中的应用

Gas chromatography mass spectrometry in the application of the determination of forty kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues

摘要: 用QuEChERS方法,结合NY/T 761-2008和GB23200.8-2016前处理方法,提取试样中的农药,经净化和浓缩,再用气质联用法对各种蔬菜中的19种有机磷和21种有机氯类农药进行检测,根据定性离子来定性,定量离子来定量。结果表明,蔬菜样品中40种农药的加标回收率为63.5%~116.8%,符合农药残留分析要求,整个过程比原方法更加高效、简便,溶剂使用量更少,更符合现代检测环保无害要求。

Abstract: This paper used QuEChERS method, combined with NY/T 761-2008 and GB23200.8-2016 partial pretreatment methods, to extract pesticides from samples and purify and concentrate them. Then 19 organophosphates and 21 organochlorine pesticides in various vegetables were tested by using gas chromatography—mass spectrometry methods. The results showed that the recovery rate of 40 pesticides in vegetable samples was 63.5%~116.8%, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. The whole process was more efficient and simple than the original method, with less solvent use, and more in line with the requirements of modern environmental protection.
