两种国标方法对奶粉中亚硝酸盐的测定与分析

Determination and analysis of nitrite in milk powder by 2 kinds of national standards

摘要: 依据国标GB 5009.33-2016《食品中亚硝酸盐与硝酸盐的测定》中的离子色谱法和分光光度法分别测定同一考核样奶粉中亚硝酸盐含量?结果表明,奶粉样品分别经过前处理后进行比色和进样检测亚硝酸盐,离子色谱法和分光光度法在0.02~0.20 mg/L线性关系均良好,相关系数均在0.999以上?参与2017年奶粉中亚硝酸盐的能力验证,经过2种方法的检测,检测值在能力验证的参考值允许范围内,Z值在2.0以内,考核结果为满意,表明2种方法均准确稳定,均可用于奶粉中亚硝酸盐的检测,而离子色谱法有较好的重复性和准确率,且在样品前处理?环保等方面优于分光光度法?

Abstract: Using ion chromatography and spectrophotometry methods to determine nitrite in milk powder according to the national standard GB 5009.33-2016 Determination of nitrite and nitrate in food. Colorimetric and injection the samples after pretreatment, good linear relationship in the range of 0.02~0.20 mg/L by 2 kinds of methods, correlation coefficient were above 0.999. Participate capability verification of determining nitrite in milk power in 2017, the detected value is within the allowable range of the capability verification reference value tested by 2 kinds of methods, Z was less than 2.0 and the results of the assessment was satisfactory, it shows that both methods were accurate and stable. Both methods can be used for the detection of nitrite in milk powder, ion chromatography has better repeatability and accuracy, and the method was superior to spectrophotometry in terms of sample preparation and environmental protection.
