2018年湖北省水稻区试品种的品质分析与评价

Quality analysis and evaluation of rice varieties for Hubei province regional trial in 2018

摘要: 对2018年湖北省水稻区域参试品种的品质进行了检测与分析。结果表明,试验中晚籼是参试品种中优质稻最多的类别;参试糯稻品种的碱消值及糙米率是影响糯米优质率的主要因素;参试非糯稻品种的直链淀粉含量全部达到优质稻要求,透明度及胶稠度品质指标表现较好,整精米率、垩白度及碱消值为影响湖北省水稻区试优质率的主要因素。

Abstract: In this paper, quality of the rice varieties for Hubei regional trial in 2018 was tested and analyzed. The results revealed that late rice occupied most of the fine quality rice varieties in the trials. Alkali spreading value and brown rice rate percentage were the main factors affecting the quality of glutinous rice. In non-glutinous rice, all varieties of amylose content to reach national high quality rice standards. Transparency and gel consistency were relatively good. Head rice percentage, chalkiness degree and alkali spreading value were the main factors affecting high quality rice in Hubei province.
