小豆不定芽诱导及再生体系的建立

Adventitious buds induction of Vigna angularis and establishment of the regeneration system

摘要: 以小豆(Vigna angularis)下胚轴为外植体,分析影响小豆不定芽诱导及植株再生的因素,建立高效稳定的小豆离体再生体系。结果表明,小豆不定芽诱导最适培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA;生根最适培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA。

Abstract: In this study, the hypocotyls were used as explants to analyze the factors that affected the adventitious bud induction and plant regeneration of Vigna angularis. An attempt was made to establish an efficient and stable regeneration system of Vigna angularis. The results showed that the optimal medium for the induction of adventitious buds was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA, and the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA. By analyzing the factors affecting the regeneration of Vigna angularis in vitro.
