混合硫酸盐还原菌的筛选及其最适生长条件的研究

摘要: 通过选择培养基筛选出混合硫酸盐还原菌,并研究其最适的生长条件,考察了接种量、温度、最初pH、Fe2+对其生长的影响。结果表明,在接种量为10%,温度为35 ℃,初始pH为6.5,培养基内Fe2+为200 mg/L时,混合硫酸盐还原菌生长最好。

Abstract: The mixed sulfate-reducing bacteria were screened by selecting the medium. At the same time, the optimum growth conditions were studied. The effects of inoculation amount, temperature, initial pH and Fe2+ on the growth of the mixed sulfate-reducing bacteria were investigated. The results showed that the mixed sulfate-reducing bacteria grew best when the inoculation amount was 10%, the temperature was 35 °C, the initial pH was 6.5, and the Fe2+ in the medium was 200 mg/L.
