电导法配合Logistic方程测定施肥对月季抗寒性的影响

Effects of fertilization on the cold resistance of Chinese rose base on conductivity method and the Logistic equation

摘要: 为了研究施肥对月季(Rosa chinensis)抗寒能力的影响,以曼海姆、仙境、荣光和黑魔术4个月季品种为材料,研究施氮肥后不同低温胁迫下月季植株叶片电解质外渗率的变化,配合Logistic方程测定其半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,随着温度的降低,4个月季品种的施肥处理与不施肥处理的叶片电解质外渗率均呈S形曲线;曼海姆、荣光和黑魔术施氮肥处理的LT50均低于不施氮肥处理。

Abstract: Using 4 Chinese rose(Rosa chinensis) varieties Schloss Mannheim, Carefree Wonder Shrub, Eiko and Black magic as materials,the changes of electrolyte extravasation rate of leaves under different low temperature stresses after nitrogen fertilization were studied,in order to determine the influence of fertilization on the cold resistance of Chinese rose. Logistic equation was used to determine their semi-lethal temperature(LT50). The results showed that with the temperature decreased, the electrolyte extravasation rate of the four varieties showed a S-shaped cure, the LT50 of Schloss Mannheim, Eiko and Black magic treated with nitrogen fertilizer were lower than that without nitrogen fertilizer.
