Abstract: Coordinated promotion of poverty eradication and rural revitalization are not only the inevitable requirements to solve the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development, but also the inevitable requirement to achieve the goal of “two hundred years”. Based on the research and analysis of Shaanxi province, the practice of coordinated promotion of poverty eradication and rural revitalization was analyzed and summarized from the five aspects of industrial revitalization, talent revitalization, cultural revitalization, ecological revitalization and organization revitalization. Three inspirations were put forward： Establishing and perfecting the institutional mechanism was the institutional guarantee,adhering to perfecting the Party’s leadership of the work of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers was the political guarantee, and cultivating and stimulating the endogenous motivation of the poor was an important hand, for the coordinated promotion of poverty eradication and rural revitalization.
