Abstract: The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） put forward the strategic goal of rural revitalization, which made the rural construction and development enter the white-hot stage. However, there are some problems in the concrete implementation of the strategic goal of rural revitalization at present, such as excessive pursuit of rural economic development while neglecting the construction of core rural culture. Compared to hardware construction, rural culture presents bigger loss, the current situation of rural culture, quality, and the state, development trend and country to promote the modernization needs also exists certain deviation, as a result, in this paper, the country revitalization under the background of rural culture construction are faced with the problem analysis and put forward suggestions for improvement, discusses the correct way of rural culture construction.
