EM菌生物有机肥对马铃薯脱毒苗生产微型薯的影响

Effects of EM bio-organic fertilizer on the production of microtubers from virus-free potato seedlings

摘要: 以马铃薯脱毒苗生产微型薯为试验材料,探讨了EM菌生物有机肥对其农艺性状、光合特性及微型薯产量的影响。结果表明,施用EM菌生物有机肥提高了马铃薯种苗的成活率,提高了其农艺性状,且EM菌生物有机肥1和EM菌生物有机肥2的施用分别使微型薯产量提高了57.6%和21.9%。

Abstract: The effects of EM bio-organic fertilizer on the agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics and yield of p otato microtuber were studied by using virus-free potato seedlings as experimental materials.The results showed that the survival rate and agronomic traits of potato seedlings were significantly improved by applying EM bio-organic fertilizer,and the yield of original seed was increased by 57.6% and 21.9% respectively by applying EM bio-organic fertilizer 1 and EM bio-organic fertilizer 2.
