怀玉山三叶青一年生和四年生地栽扦插苗的光合特性和荧光参数比较

摘要: 比较了怀玉山三叶青(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg)怀玉2号一年生和四年生地栽扦插苗的光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量和叶形指数。结果表明,一年生地栽扦插苗的气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度显著低于四年生地栽扦插苗,而一年生地栽扦插苗的气孔限制值、光合速率和水分利用效率显著高于四年生地栽扦插苗,两者之间的蒸腾速率和瞬时羧化速率无显著性差异。一年生和四年生地栽扦插苗的叶绿素荧光参数各项指数均无显著性差异。一年生地栽扦插苗的叶绿素含量显著高于四年生地栽扦插苗,但两者的叶长、叶宽和叶形指数均无显著性差异。

Abstract: The photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll content and leaf shape index of one-year-old and four-year-old native cultivation cuttings of Huaiyu No.2 of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg in Huaiyu Mountains were compared. The results showed that the stomatal conductance and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of one-year-old native cultivation cuttings were significantly lower than those of four-year-old native cultivation cuttings, while the stomatal limit, photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of one-year-old native cultivation cuttings were significantly higher than those of four-year-old native cultivation cuttings, but there was no significant difference in transpiration rate and instantaneous carboxylation rate between the two. There was no significant difference in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters between one-year-old and four-year-old native cultivation cuttings. The chlorophyll content of one-year-old native cultivation cuttings was significantly higher than that of four-year-old native cultivation cuttings, but there was no significant difference in leaf length, leaf width and leaf shape index between the two.
