猪溶血性曼氏杆菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of swine Mannheimia haemolytica

摘要: 从湖北省出现肺炎的某猪场育肥猪中分离出一株革兰氏阴性杆菌,经病原分离、革兰氏染色、PCR鉴定、生化鉴定,确定其为溶血性曼氏杆菌(Mannheimia haemolytica)。该菌呈革兰氏阴性的短小杆菌,两极着色。通用引物扩增片段基因序列比对结果显示,该菌基因序列与溶血性曼氏杆菌同源率在99.7%以上,其生化特性符合溶血性曼氏杆菌生化特性。该菌2×108 CFU/mL可致死小白鼠,具有较强的致病力。药敏试验结果显示,该菌株对氨苄西林、头孢噻肟和环丙沙星等大多数抗菌药物敏感。

Abstract: A gram negative bacilli was isolated from fattening pigs of a pig farm with pneumonia in Hubei province. After pathogen isolation, gram staining, PCR identification and biochemical identification, it was identified as Mannheimia haemolytica. The bacterium was gram-negative short bacilli with two poles stained. The results of sequence comparison showed that the homology rate of the gene sequence of the strain was more than 99.7%, and its biochemical characteristics accorded with the biochemical characteristics of the strain. The strain 2×108 CFU/mL can kill mice and has strong pathogenicity. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to ampicillin, cefotaxime and ciprofloxacin.
