氨基酸水溶肥料对大棚杨梅营养生长和果实品质的影响

Effects of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on nutritional growth and fruit quality of Myrica rubra in greenhouse

摘要: 大棚杨梅[Myrica rubra (Lour.) S. et Zucc.]存在结果后期树体养分供应不足,树势衰弱、果实品质下降的问题,在大棚荸荠种杨梅和东魁杨梅果实膨大期喷施1次氨基酸水溶肥料,研究其对营养生长和果实品质的改善作用。结果表明,喷施氨基酸水溶肥料的荸荠种杨梅梢长、梢粗分别比对照高5.01%和5.95%,相对电导率比对照低44.88%,果实的可溶性固形物、总糖和维生素C含量分别比对照高12.09%、7.83%和10.67%;东魁杨梅叶绿素含量比对照高13.87%,果实可溶性固形物、总糖和维生素C含量分别比对照高6.18%、7.28%和7.52%。综上所述,在果实膨大期喷施氨基酸水溶肥料可以促进大棚杨梅营养生长,提高抗逆性,明显提高杨梅果实可溶性固形物、总糖和维生素C含量,值得在大棚杨梅上适度推广。

Abstract: The problems of insufficient nutrient supply of bayberry[Myrica rubra (Lour.) S. et Zucc.] tree body, tree potential and fruit quality were declinded. In order to improve the vegetative growth and fruit quality, amino acid water-soluble fertilizer was sprayed at the fruit expansion stage of Biqizhong and Dongkui in greenhouse. The shoot length and shoot diameter of Biqizhong were 5.01% and 5.95% higher than the control respectively, the relative conductivity of Biqizhong was 44.88% lower than that of the control, and the contents of soluble solids, total sugar and vitamin C of Biqizhong fruits were 12.09%, 7.83%, and 10.67% higher than the control, respectively. The chlorophyll content of Dongkui was 13.87% higher than the control, and the contents of soluble solids, total sugar and vitamin C of Dongkui fruit were 6.18%, 7.28% and 7.52% higher than the control, respectively. In conclusion, the bayberry vegetative growth, and fruit quality were significantly increased by amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, and it is worthy of moderate application on bayberry in greenhouse.
