低温对两种彩叶玉簪抗寒生理指标的影响

Effects of low temperature on the physiological indexes of cold resistance of two colorful Hosta

摘要: 为了丰富陕北地区观赏价值较高的地被植物类型,研究新型引种彩叶玉簪(Hosta albo-marginata)的抗寒性,以黄边高丛(Hostaaureomarginata’)和白波美边(Hostaalbomarginata’)2个玉簪品种的根系为试验材料,分析了0~-35 ℃ 8个人工低温胁迫梯度下,可溶性糖(SS)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)5项生理指标的变化趋势。结果表明,随着处理温度降低,各项指标均呈先升后降的总体变化趋势,但增加幅度和峰值到达的温度不同,黄边高丛较白波美边的SS、Pro含量及SOD、POD活性高,而MDA含量低。同时结合引种了4年的大田观测结果,综合分析认为,2种玉簪均表现出较强的抗寒性,黄边高丛玉簪抗寒性相对更强。

Abstract: In order to enrich the types of ground cover plants in northern Shaanxi and study the cold resistance of the introduced new types of colorful Hosta, the roots of Hostaaureomarginata’and Hostaalbomarginata’ were used as experimental materials to analyze the physiological indexes of soluble sugar, free proline, MAD, SOD and POD activity under the eight artificial low temperature stress gradients from 0 ℃ to -35 ℃. The results showed that as the treatment temperature decreased, all indexes showed an overall trend of increasing firstly, then decreased, but the increase range and the peak temperature were different. The contents of SS, Pro and SOD, POD activity in Hostaaureomarginata’ is higher than that of Hostaalbomarginata’, but MDA content is lower. Combined with the field observation results of four years introduction, the comprehensive analysis showed that two cultivars of Hosta showed strong cold resistance, and the cold resistance of Hostaaureomarginata’ is relatively stronger.
