2009—2017年中国耕地资源与粮食产量时空变化特征

Temporal and spatial changes and its characteristics of cultivated land and grain yield in China from 2009 to 2017

摘要: 基于2009—2017年全国各省的耕地资源和粮食生产统计数据,通过构建重心模型、粮耕敏感度模型等,得出中国2009—2017年的耕地面积重心与粮食产量重心的移动轨迹,以及各省的粮耕敏感度,并使用ArcGIS 10.2软件实现结果数据的空间表达。结果表明,中国耕地面积总体呈减少趋势,东部地区持续减少,西部地区波动增加;粮食产量总体呈增长趋势,北方地区粮食产量占比逐年提高,南方则呈下降趋势;耕地重心表现为“西移北上”,粮食产量重心表现为“北上东移”,耕地重心移动距离年变化波动要小于粮食产量重心;全国粮耕敏感度总体呈下降趋势,粮耕敏感度较大的省份主要分布在自然条件相对较差以及耕地系统较为脆弱的地区,且有向中部和一些经济发达省份转移的趋势。基于以上结果,应及时调整农业政策,以更好地保护耕地资源与保障粮食安全。

Abstract: Based on the statistical data of cultivated land resources and grain production of China's provinces from 2009 to 2017, the center of gravity of cultivated land area and the center of grain yield in China from 2009 to 2017 were obtained by constructing the center of gravity model and grain sensitivity model, and the grain sensitivity of each province was obtained. ArcGIS 10.2 software was used to realize the spatial expression of the result data. The results showed that,the cultivated land area in China generally showed a decreasing trend. To be specific, the cultivated land area in eastern regions continued to decrease while the cultivated land area in western regions increased in fluctuation; The grain yield showed an increasing trend, the grain yield in northern regions increased year by year while the grain yield in southern regions decreased; The cultivated land area center of gravity was moving from west to north, while the grain yield center of gravity was moving from north to east. The annual fluctuation about the movement distance of the former was less than that of the latter; On the whole, the sensitivity between grain and cultivated land showed a declining trend across the country. Provinces with higher degrees of sensitivity between grain and cultivated land were mainly distributed in areas where the natural conditions were relatively poor or the cultivated land systems were fragile. At the same time, it tended to transfer to central China and some economically developed provinces. Therefore, it was necessary to adjust agricultural policies in time to better protect cultivated land resources and food security.
